Together, we explored the importance of accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities \u2014 a conversation that aligns deeply with MAGMA\u2019s mission to break down barriers and create opportunities for all.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As we mark Disability Employment Awareness Month, we\u2019re reminded that inclusion isn\u2019t just about access \u2014 it\u2019s about belonging, understanding, and creating space for every person to contribute their talents.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

On the evening of October 30, we created a welcoming space where newcomers and job seekers could connect and communicate freely with employers, professionals, and recruitment experts \u2014 without fear or prejudice.<\/div>\n
This open and inclusive atmosphere encouraged genuine connections, meaningful conversations, and new professional opportunities.<\/div>\n

This month, one of our participants led the group in preparing a delicious traditional Syrian dish, and she did an amazing job! We had women from Syria, Peru, Cuba, Venezuela, and Afghanistan come together to share food, stories, and laughter. The energy in the room was incredible, and everyone left with full hearts (and full plates!). \"\ud83d\udc9b\"<\/span><\/div>\n
